Massachusetts ANNUAL REPORT FILING INFORMATION

The Massachusetts Secretary of State requires that all Corporations and LLCs file an Annual Report. The Annual Report for Corporations is due 2½ months after the close of the fiscal year. The Annual Report for LLCs is due on the anniversary date of the initial filing. The Secretary of State will mail a postcard to the designated Registered Agent of the company in advance of the due date. The State also offers online filing of the Annual Report.
